Strength in Body & Mind

My love for health and fitness started in 2005 when I was a teenager. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2015 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area, honing my craft & guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

A long term approach to fitness is the best approach to fitness, and a happier, healthier life.
